Any Student who plans to participate in sports during the 2013-14 school year is required to complete an athletic contract and have a PIAA comprehensive physical exam (CIPPE) either by the school Physician Assistant or private physician NO EARLIER THAN JUNE 1, 2013.  All Physicals will be good until May 31, 2014.

 

The annual activity fee must be paid to the Secretary in the School Office (not to the Coach) when the contract is returned.  The fee is $30.00.   For students having their physical done by the school doctor in June, the Student-Athletic Contract, (the CIPPE/Physical form) and activity fee must be turned in by June 4, 2013. 

 

Physicals will be given at the HIGH SCHOOL in June. 

 

Schedule as follows:

Wednesday June 12, 2013   ALL BOYS, ALL SPORTS 8:30 a.m. 7,8,9 ; 9:30 a.m. 10, 11, 12

Wednesday June 19, 2013   ALL GIRLS, ALL SPORTS8:30 a.m. 7,8,9 ; 9:30 a.m. 10, 11, 12

 

*If a private physician is doing the physical exam, it must be dated no earlier than JUNE 1, 2013.  The completed forms must be returned 2 weeks before the start of practice to the Senior High School main office.
