Pittenger, Sherry (Secretary) / Meet Mrs. Pittenger

Hello everyone:

I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself to you. My name is Sherry Pittenger and I am the School Secretary for Salladasburg Elementary School. I have been employed by the Jersey Shore School District since January 1995. I previously worked as Secretary for the School Psychologist before starting at Salladasbug Elementary in August 1996. Before being a School Secretary, I was a Bank Teller at the Commonwealth Bank in Jersey Shore for 10 years. I presently live in the little village of Antes Fort, (where I have lived since I was 3), with my husband (of 24 years), Ken, and my son, Zach, (20) who is a sophomore at Lock Haven University. I have 2 older daughters, Stephanie (28) and Jamie (27), they are both married and living on their own with their husbands and children in the Jersey Shore Area. I also have 5 grandchildren - they are...Isaiah (11) who is a sixth grader at Jersey Shore Middle School, Aubree (8) is a third grader at Jersey Shore Elementary, Seneca (3), Peyton (2) and Elijah who was born on October 16, 2009. I also share my life with my 2 dogs Zoe, a Yorkshire Terrier and Molly, a Boxer.
